As the Director and Founder, Emma brings more than 20 years of project management experience across four Australian states, leading complex new builds, refurbishments, and base building upgrades with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Emma began my career in specialist consultancies, where she had the privilege of learning from senior industry leaders and developing a rigorous approach to project delivery. Over the years, she has applied this expertise across a wide range of sectors, from education to justice infrastructure.

At the core of her leadership style is a commitment to robust project controls—balancing design, risk, cost, and scope—while fostering strong partnerships that drive both immediate results and long-term value.
